Trips We've TakenLondon, Windsor, Dover and Cantebury (1996) - Jeanne and I enjoy London with side trips to Windsor Castle, Dover, and Cantebury. An Archealogical Pub Crawl of Great Britain (2000) - Will and I take a bachelor's holiday and tour the pubs and ruins of Great Britain. Turkey, Istanbul and the Lycian Coast (2001) - Jeanne and I join Naida and Will and Kay and Burt for a tour of Istanbul and a cruise along the Lycian Coast. The American Southwest (2002) - Jeanne and I tour the Grand Canyon, Zion Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Escalante National Monument and Mesa Verde. We end in San Antonio where our daughter-in-law graduates from UT Medical School. Thames Path Walk (2002) - Will and I walk the Thames Path from London to Lechlade (131 miles). Basel, The Rhine, Amsterdam (2004) - Jeanne and I visit the ancestral home of the Rickenbachers and follow the emigrants' journey down the Rhine to Amsterdam. |
